Former Coca-Cola executive joins Restaurant Technologies

Danckert

Barry Danckert has joined Restaurant Technologies as the vice president of strategic and national accounts.

Danckert will be charged with developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that focuses on building Restaurant Technologies’ national customer portfolio with new and existing customers.

“We look forward to Barry’s leadership and proven track record of accelerating growth and building strong customer relationships,” said Chris Hellmann, chief commercial officer. “Barry will lead one of our most valued segments and will continue to elevate Restaurant Technologies as the leader in kitchen automation and back-of-house solutions.”

The newest executive at Restaurant Technologies is a near 30-year industry veteran with 24 years at Coca-Cola that includes executive positions within its Burger King, Foodservice, Wendy’s, and 7-Eleven businesses.

He spent his last five years with the organization as the senior vice president and general manager of its global Restaurant Brands International business.

“Restaurant Technologies boasts an unprecedented retention rate of customers, proving its value to foodservice operators,” said Danckert. “Backed by a winning team and a winning organization, I look forward to growing relationships across the industry and continuing to provide an invaluable solution to customers nationwide.”

Danckert will be a key member of Restaurant Technologies’ commercial leadership team and will play a pivotal role in the organization’s continued growth of its Total Oil Management and AutoMist® segments.

The Total Oil Management solution is the leading end-to-end automated cooking oil solution that delivers, monitors, filters and recycles cooking oil.

AutoMist is an automated hood- and flue-cleaning solution that eliminates the need for third-party hood cleaners and can help reduce the risk of fires in commercial kitchens.

The company is quickly approaching 40,000 customers serviced by 41 depots nationwide.
