Enilive, through its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland GmbH, and Prax Ltd. have signed a binding agreement regarding the acquisition of 100 percent of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH, a company operating in the mobility retail business in Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals by the relevant authorities.

As a result of this acquisition, Enilive will expand its network with approximately 320 service stations, further strengthening its presence in key markets and expanding in the Danish marketing sector.

Enilive currently operates approximately 5,300 service stations in Europe and continues to evolve its mobility offer to meet the changing needs of customers on the move.

Following completion of the transaction, OIL!’s service stations will be integrated progressively into Enilive’s network, which combines a traditional offer of energy carriers with an expanding portfolio of lower-emission mobility products such as hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), also known as renewable diesel—a biofuel produced from 100 percent renewable feedstocks at Enilive’s biorefineries in Venice and Gela, Italy, currently available in about 1,700 stations across Europe.

The offer also integrates fast and ultra-fast electric-vehicle charging points (developed together with Plenitude On The Road, a company controlled by Plenitude), and a growing range of convenience and food services, including the proprietary Enilive Café convenience format, which is already present in more than 1,200 locations across Europe, of which over 330 are in Germany.
