Andamur announced in January that it has introduced the supply of hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), also known as renewable diesel, across its network of partner service stations in Germany, Spain and France.
In total, this rollout covers 55 service stations with 40 in Germany, 13 in Spain and two in France.
Andamur said this represents a new milestone for its network, which, until now, had not offered this next-generation biofuel.
HVO enables a significant reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional fossil fuels, contributing to a more efficient, responsible and environmentally friendly transport model.
Additionally, in Spain, Andamur said it is also introducing HVOne, an even more sustainable variant formulated with a premium additive, which will be available exclusively at selected stations within the country.
The company noted that HVOne is not available at any other stations in the network nor outside Spain, where HVO is the fuel supplied.
“This activation reinforces Andamur’s commitment to delivering energy solutions that meet market demands while addressing current environmental challenges,” Andamur stated. “We will continue working to progressively expand the availability of HVO and other alternative fuels across our network, driving a more sustainable future for professional transport.”
